PC Healthcheck

Another product we offer is the PC Healthcheck. This is recommended to be completed yearly and includes the following:

• virus check

• removal of no longer needed software
• removal of old start-up items clogging up your machine on start-up

Internet Security Check

Worried about the Internet? Worried about viruses? Worried that someone can access your bank account? Try the Internet Security Check.

With this product we will perform a virus check, check for spyware/malware, and then ensure there are no rogue programs installed on your machine.

We will then ensure that Windows is secure, that you have a functioning, suitable firewall, and that your antivirus solution is working. If there is no anti-virus or firewall, then we will install a suitable one.

PC Rebuilds

Is your computer no longer running like the day you bought it?

It's a documented fact that over time the Windows operating system slows down due to an expanding and cumbersome central file system (the registry). Our PC Rebuild product includes the following:

• Full data backup (see note below)
• Format of computer
• Reinstall of Windows
• Restore of data

Data backup

Although we take every care to look after your data we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data that may occur. It is not unusual to find when we are called to solve a problem that damage may already have occurred to vital data or may be at risk due to the nature of the problem. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have good reliable backup of all important data. As part of the solution to your problem we may have no option but to clear a disk drive and start again. In this example we would need your backup data.
